I have taken my car to City Autos for the last few years. The team is the best! They are kind, honest and well-priced. I highly recommend them

Was on a road trip when my gear box gave out. The guys at city auto’s diagnosed the problem and gave me options and advice free of charge. They said that I could keep driving on it If choose although it was noisy. Giving me the option to carry on and get it fixed elsewhere. I called around to a few places in the direction I was heading to get prices and timeframes. But everywhere was more expensive and more time. So I booked in with city autos and they got a new gear box and fixed it the next day. Very good service, fast, honest, helpful and well priced. Strongly recommend.

Team is super friendly and so helpful, they get the job done efficiently, they’re honest and love that they take time to explain everything to you if you’re unsure. Got a few things done here, always such a breeze and good prices too. Can’t recommend the team at City Autos enough, definitely will be back, cheers guys 😊👌🏽

The staff at this shop are just amazing! I had this sudden noisy car door while driving down to south island, so I had to quickly stop by for help. They were so helpful, they fixed the door for me right away! And when I asked how to pay, they said no need! Dealing with unexpected stuff on the road is such a hassle, but thanks to the amazing staff at the shop, this experience made my day😊

The team at City Autos have been fabulous and fantastic to deal with, since the first time I’ve used their services I have been impressed with their professionalism, friendliness, knowledge and honesty. As a female, I am normally apprehensive about being taken advantage of with car-matters, but felt so comfortable here. This is a fairly-priced mechanic who gave estimates throughout. I found Mark to be very flexible (even with less staff available), excellent communication regarding my truck service & very considerate around my day’s schedule. Honest, Trustworthy and Reasonably Priced. We have been taking our cars to City Autos for over 5 years and they have always been friendly, honest and kind. Prices are very fair and reasonable. Work is never done beyond the agreed scope or quote without first calling to confirm. As a female I feel very safe taking my car to City Autos knowing my lack of car knowledge will never be taken advantage of.

We had a bit of issue with our car while visiting Rotorua, we saw very good review so came here to get some help and we are not disappointed! The mechanic was super helpful and gave it a quick fix. They didn’t charge us even we were insisted. Those guys with pure kind heart ❤️👍 thank you so much to make our trip an even more unforgettable one 🥰

My car got a misfire on my way to Rotorua. I took it to City Autos and they immediately took it in and changed the broken coil that caused the issue. The service was excellent and very kind. Felt like I was listened when explaining the problem. Ended up changing my front tires there as well since I liked the service. Awesome job!

Rang this morning in a panic. They told me to bring my car in when I could. Saw me within 10 minutes and I was driving away after 20 minutes. Awesome quick efficient service and good pricing. Thank you

Called them up and they were able to repair the faulty headlight later that day, they were quick and kind and very well priced. While i am not a local here i highly recommend this team and would definitely choose them if i were ever in the area again.
